Also - at 1213 PM there was a report that "wagon has suspect" - ??????? - maybe they meant "the wagon crew is escorting the victim to the MGH ER" - or maybe the wagon took the shooter to the Govt Center Police Station - ???? - or maybe there was a 2nd priosner involved - ???
