This 800 mhz radio system seems to be intended to support a wide area evacuation around the Seaborrk Nuclear Power Plant in Seabrook NH, which is on the Massachusetts border. (The plant has a 451 Mhz TRS for onsite comms).
Licensee - "Seabrook Joint Owners" - "GJ" class licenses (which is apparently 800 Mhz conventional for business users) Freqs - 854.1625 R - 854.8125 R - 856.2875 R - 860.1875 R - 860.6875 R WNJV270 - repeaters in Amesbury - control point in Haverhill MA WNZT406 - 85 mobiles, base stations, and FX1s at EOCs in Amesbury, Salisbury, etc - control point listed as Tewksbury State Hospital WPBF675 - 85 mobiles, base stations, and FX1s at Tewksbury State Hospital, Tewksbury Central Fire Station, Haverhill Community College, Georgetown PD, etc - control point listed at Seabrook Power Plant WPGC387 - same radios - at Haverhill PD, Rowley PD, and Masconomet High School in Boxford (I have never caught any traffic on these channels - but I have not tried too hard - I suspect they would be the busiest during the drills that are sometimes held on the MEMA network) I guess that evacuees are supposed to go to Tewksbury State Hospital, Masconomet High School, and Haverhill Community College for shelter - or maybe that is the staging areas for school buses -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
