1230 PM - E3 + R1 + Scuba 1 + Car3 to Henry St boat ramp - fisherman found a car 75 feet offshore - Car 3 requested a paramedic rescue to the scene while the divers were in the water - later, Car 3 left the scene with Rescue 1 in charge - not sure if they found anything yet
