6 minutes in on the tape - no ambulances at the scene yet - just 2 BPD SUV + 1 black SUV (maybe bomb trucks ) + 1 golf cart
many doubles on the tape - as to be expected - they did a pretty good job of getting the hospitals notified and total number of injuries you could see how important it was to clear the roadway of debris they could have run TWO MCIs there - but no one ever trains like that to recap - there were 3 deaths and approx 30 critical IIRC - maybe 250 injuries all together I dont like the idea that the scene is safe enough for civilians and cops, but not safe enough for EMS - Tucson AZ had the same deal when the Congresswoman was shot Was there any tactical EMS at the scene at all? note that the dispatcher was hoping that there were not any injuries - my impression of his words first message - "what was that?"
