154.22 could be used as a long range fireground channel for a big
wildfire or a major earthquake etc - if a input freq could be
scrounged up

Or maybe 154.22 could be given to MEMA or Mass State Forestry - they
dont seem to have an excess of radio channels either

I think the closest users of 154.22 are Concord NH + Burrilvville RI +
Windham ME - all more than 50 miles from Boston
