Maybe during a major disaster these freqs might be interesting

Note - the telephone listing for the USAF Reserve 911th Airlift Wing
at PIA shows - security + Civil Engineering + Emergency Management +
Gate Guard telephone numbers - (I am thinking they all might have
different dedicated discrete (DDD) radio channels)
