Misc radio traffic heard via scanner feeds MSP TRS - TG 34160 - listed as both "MSP D SE All TG" and as "MSP Troop D Announce" - dispatcher was looking for "1771-K" (which is a K9 unit I believe)
482.30R - labelled as "Norfolk County FG1" (fireground 1) - called "Channel 2" by "Norfolk County" (the dispatcher) and by "FA1" - FA1 (radio guy) was doing "pre BDA testing at South Field in Weymouth" - (BDA = bi directional amplifier). Note : Channel 1 is the dispatcher to dispatcher channel. Channel 2 is the first channel assigned as a FG channel. Therefore - Ch2 = FG1 New Bedford MA - "Fire 2" channel - 471.0375R - very scratchy on the live scanner audio feed from RangeCast - Inspector 2 and Inspector 6 were heard - an Engine was sent to a EMS call - 2 cross streets were given with the address Last night - Lynn PD Channel 2 (470.45R) was being used for surveillance ops Today - some other surveillance ops are under way on some other channels (ah hem) - in the clear - not encrypted - not scrambled - not using code names for streets or locations -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
