Engine 1 charge the line Fire knocked down ----------------------------- Hydrant locations are not given - cross streets are not given - no one is told to run lines - no one is told to open the roof - no one is told where to park - no one is told to do forcible entry - etc Many big city radio systems simply are not capable of handling a load of radio messages like that because there are too many calls and too few channels.
