Boston got 10 inches NWS had predicted "8 to 12 inches possible" Maybe NWS should have said "probable" instead of "possible" To me "probable" means '51% likely to happen' - like 'probably' If I was smart I would probably research the difference between "probable" and "probably" before making this post.
