No mention of traffic problems or power outage or buildings collapsing - so I guess those things are not "possible" (0% to 49% likely?) or "probable" (51% likely?) - this is pretty much the same info that they wree showing yesterday - does not tell me much - it could just say - "snow then rain with some wind" - but I suppose that these are "weather guys" - they are not "emergency management" guys
