Beef butter and eggs aint as bad as everyone thought. Inflamation is
the real problem.

"What is "inflammation"?" - my guess is that it is a highly complex
activity involving hundreds or thousands of different types of
molecules. Good luck figuring out how it all works.

Note - bread and pasta might be bad for you, but I think if you eat
them with some protein and fat - like most people do - then your
insulin does not spike so fast

Note - pomegranate might be very good for fixing the endothelial
lining of your blood vessels - which is where the major problems might
start

Note - IIRC the ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 should be 4 to 1 - cant
swear to that though

Overall - the deal seems to be - >>>>>  we eat too much sugar which
spikes our insulin - our body goes bonkers trying to clean out the
insulin - injury starts to the inner lining of our blood vessels -
some cholesterol or calcium gets into the lining and once again the
body goes into inflammation mode to try to fix the problem - hello
heart attack or stroke

On a different note - if we don't have a good supply of enzymes in our
body, everything bogs down - but that is a story for a different day
