page 7 - could not get on radio - too much radio traffic - (during initial attack - MEGA FAIL of TRS) page 35 - Fire Chief could not get copy of radio tape - (apparently it was provided later - there is a partial transcript in the report) page 356 of 1028 - 'C5' assigned as 2nd Tac TG at 1509 (approx 1 hour into the fire) - (previously all the units at the fire were apparently on TG 'C2') Aerial resources were requested before first unit arrived at fire but it took more than maybe 1 hour to get an ETA The Fire Chief was talking about the fire on an unrecorded talkgroup before the 911 calls were received - ??????
