I remember seeing a graphic video of a woman being wiped out by a train. I think it was near Chicago. It was at a 2 track train station. She was running to catch a train stopped in the station. A 2nd train came barreling thru the station at full speed blasting its horn. Apparently the woman thought the horn noise was coming from the stopped train.
