I am sure that the best thing to do is to take a CPR class. But if you
dont - this 1 minute video will show you the basics.

Check for pulse for 10 seconds - have someone call 911 and get a AED -
start pumping right between the nipples - lock the elbows - use your
upper body weight to push - I think you need to keep your fingers off
the ribs also - at least 2 inch chest compression is the goal

There is a 2014 video from a Phoenix medic - it is very similar to
this video (which is where I got the extra video)

There might be better videos at heart.org

(I searched for CPR 2014 at Youtube and looked at a half dozen video -
this one minute video seems to be the best) (probably every public
safety website should have a link to this video)
