two 2 tone sets - (low then high tone - high tone then low tone - approx 2 seconds for each tone) - "Attention all ALS and BLS crews, Saints (Hospital) CMED radio is down, all notes can go thru Dispatch or via cellphone" CMED is the 463 Mhz system used to connect ambulances to hospitals. The 463 Mhz radio base stations are connected back to the operator in Lawrence who "patches" the message to the hospital.
