911 calls in Massachusetts can only be released to the caller or to investigators ??????? But Bedford released the 911 calls on the plane crash - ???? MSP barracks do not record their 911 calls - ?????????? Point of info - Massachusetts State Police (HQ primarily) have historically served as the PSAP for all wireless 911 calls in Massachusetts.
