1. Didnt they get all new radios 5 years ago? (FD + PD + DPW each has a
separate VHF high repeater - FD might even have 2 repeaters)

2. If the debt exclusion passes in a general election of all town
residents, but the Town Meeting turns it down - then what? If they have an
"open" Town Meeting, then any town resident can vote. Which is essentially
the same as the general election. That would be interesting - the same
people voting for and against the same purchase.

3. Maybe the FD wants to go to UHF.

4. It is a very small town - maybe only 3 square miles.
