Quarterly Report 2014

Average 10 people on duty

Response time - 80% under 4 minutes

Call receipt to Response - 80% under 3 minutes - (? turnout time ?)

Looks like average travel time is 1 minute

I suspect that they get a call every once in a while when there are no
men in the stations - then they have to page off duty people to report
to the station - this can really extend your response times
