I did a little digging and came up with the following info for the
Massachusetts State Trunked Radio Systems (TRS) Complex Coordinated
Constellation Consortium Conundrum

To start, lets stipulate that :::: there is a 700 Mhz P25 TRS for the
Boston area - there is a 800 Mhz P25 TRS for the western Mass area - and
there is a 800 analog TRS that covers eastern Mass. (plus a few assorted
smaller area "local" TRS) - Cambridge, Logan, etc)

Mass Turnpike police units use TG 2091 on the digital 800 TRS west of
Westfield. It is probably patched to the analog 800 TRS. (this is known as
'E Patrol 1' IIRC)

Apparently MSP Troop E "E Patrol 3" has been heard as TG 2227 on the Boston
area 700 TRS. Unknown if it is available on the 800 digital TRS in western
Mass or on the 800 analog TRS.

There are a few P25 TGs on the 'analog' 800 TRS. Such as - TG 57424 for
Troop A radio techs - TG 57488 for Troop C radio techs - TG 526 for
statewide radio techs - NAC is 140 for all of these TGs

The P25 TRS have miscellaneous NACs.

Cambridge - NAC D10

North Simulcast - NAC D10

South Simulcast - NAC D10

Hampden County Sheriff Ludlow Jail - NAC D10

MCI Cedar Junction in Walpole - NAC D10

Boston area 700 Mhz - NAC D12

Warwick - NAC D13

Wilbraham - NAC D14

Massport - NAC D15

Stockbridge - NAC D18

Williamsburg - NAC D19

As I finish writing this up, it seems that a full merger with Worcester,
Cambridge, Logan, State Police, and Mass Corrections might be in order on
the TRS front. If they added augmented coverage in the Springfield area,
they would have a high level of coverage for all of the heavily populated
areas of the state.
