A house is on fire somewhere

Scenario 1 - all radio comms are encrypted - one picture of the
burning house is posted online - gobs and gobs of people rush to the
scene to see what is going on

Scenario 2 - all radio comms are NOT encrypted - a picture of the
burning house is posted online - scannerists do an online play by play
based on scanner traffic - gobs and gobs of people do NOT rush to the
scene to see what is going on (because they get all the info that they
want off the Internet)
