---------------------- Joint Base Cape Cod - the former Otis AFB Mass Natl Guard is responsible for all roads and utilitys on base - except that USCG does mtnce of the runways Interior bld mtnce is probably the responsibility of the various tenants in many cases - USCG + USAF + Vets Cemetery + Natl Guard etc All fire is done by MMR FD except maybe at Pave Paws All EMS is done by USCG in the catchment area - possibly USAF PAVE PAWS is done by Sandwich FD Gate security is the responsibility of the Mass Natl Guard - it is possibly sub contracted out. Pave Paws, USCG, and Camp Edwards probably have their own armed internal security patrols. IIRC Joint Base Cape Cod does not have their own PSAP so probably Barnstable County Sheriff answers the 911 line for them.
