flash flood watch or warning went into effect at 1144 AM

Note - at approx 1145 AM I got a link to the NWS radar at Taunton via
Twitter - the link took me to a (animated / moving / live / delayed /
whatever) radar display that showed large area of yellow and green
over central Mass - I click on NOAA symbol (upper left corner of
webpage) - I get NOAA homepage - I enter "Boston MA" in forecast
search box - cant find Boston (presunbably because I left out comma) -
I enter my Zip code - get page with local forecast - there is a red /
pink box near top with a link about a WX advisery - I find haz wx
outlook - there was no mention of flash flood at 1148 AM ish

living life on the cutting edge of the NWS webpages
