Here is a partial list of my questions and comments about the radio transcript / tape / newspaper article
Page 10 of 24 - Track 376 - "10-4 on Canfield" is a question - you can hear the inflection in the voice - maybe this was in reply to a request for EMS - why isnt the request for EMS on the tape? Page 10 of 24 - Track 337 - the transcript should say "are you able to respond?" - not - "did you respond?" - based on the audio in the newspaper article Page 11 of 24 - Track 381 - transcript only says "EMS is enroute" - newspaper article says "at 1205 a dispatcher called for an ambulance erroneously reporting that someone had been hit by a Taser" - why is this not on the transcript? - is it related to the Track 376 message? - does anyone in Ferguson PD carry Tasers - I read that Wilson had pepper spray but no Taser - did the injury really look like a Taser injury? The newspaper article does not contain all of the radio messages - apparently they just included the messages that they thought were relevant Did the jury hear the radio tape? Or did they just get the transcript to read? I wonder if this radio tape came from a county receiver site versus from the Ferguson dispatch office? I wonder if the Ferguson dispatcher has multi receiver sites that are fed to a voter - none of which are included on the tape?
