Apparently this guy just woke up at 7 AM or thereabouts, and decided he should kill all of his neighbors. Then he bashes down their apt doors, and kills them all with his bare hands. And no one calls 911. Then he goes to his nearby mothers apt. Mom calls sister. Sister leaves work and comes to moms apt. Apparently sis calls 911. Apparently she just reported that 1 guy was hurt - based on the PD radio tape.
