Hyannis had a working fire at 1155 AM heard via Rangecast
TG 38032 Hyannis requests Ops channel at 1155 AM for structure fire - "Ops 1 C4" assigned by Barnstable County Control Hyannis requests working fire in Hyannis District 1 at 1200 "Barnstable County Control" sends out some pager tone sets, and orders the following responses - Yarmouth Engine 42 to the fire - Barnstable Engine 205 to Hyannis HQ - Centerville Amb 336 to Hyannis HQ --------------------- FG ops were on TG 38864 (Cape Interops Fire 1) - 823 layed a supply line from a hydrant - 42 got assigned as RIT ------------------------------ Can anyone confirm that C4 actually gets used? IIRC "C4" is a simplex channel that goes into the main scanning slot in the radio, while "Ops 1" is the TG that goes into the main channel slot - or something like that. There is some historical setup that isnt discussed much. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
