Webster FD is heard on 153.86 via Rangecast - and it is a repeater - and common sense tells you that the primary channel for Webster FD is not going to be a mobile only channel It makes no difference when programming a scanner for the average scanner user It makes a big difference when programming a mobile radio, or when trying to understand how a radio channel is setup (or how it is used) Actually - maybe it is more complicated than I thought. The FCC radio license shows 153.86 - FB - FB2 - mobiles. No input freq is listed. Standby for further researching.
