I have to give them credit. This is probably the only media outlet
that will do a story on FD response times in 2015.

Pecatonica FPD has an average 34 minute response time. Chief says
average response time is actually 8 minutes. They must run alot of
mutual aid calls vs their local calls.

Too bad they dont list turnout time vs travel time. Finding info about
volunteer FD turnout times is damn near impossible. Even though it is
recorded for each and every call. Every wires down call. Every
outhouse fire. Every cat in a tree call. Dispatch time and rolling out
the door time is always recorded - even for FDs that have 1 call per
year. Furnace Creek CA I'm looking at you. (Death Valley)
