They needed a snowblower more than the $1 million quint or the $1m in
pumpers - to blow snow on the exposed buildings

This might be considered a 3 hose line fire. 7 guys - 2 guys on each
hose and 1 guy on the pump. Flowing 250 GPM from each nozzle, 1
hydrant would have been plenty. They could knock down the fire. The
building at this point is much too dangerous to enter - unless I am in
there.
