I heard the whole thing (all FDs mentioned here are from NH - maybe some Mass FDs went also)(Keene NH FD probably also responded but they get paged on 159.45) This is how they do things on 154.43 714 AM - Jaffrey FD paged - first alarm - 457 Mountain Road - Long Residence - cellar fire - ops on Tac 2 714 AM - 16C2 is responding (resp) - it is near Fitzwilliam Road 715 AM - 7 tone sets transmitted - Fitzwilliam engine & tanker - Rindge engine - Dublin tanker - Troy tanker - Peterboro ladder - Jaffrey ambulance - New Ipswich engine cover the Jaffrey station 715 - 16A2 (ambulance) resp - 16C1 resp (Jaffrey Chief) 958 on air (some fire station) 716 - 10C1 resp 2 or 3 places on the left before Fitwilliam Rd per the map per SWNH dispatcher - husband was calling from upstairs - daughter and wife were downstairs trying to put water on the fire 717 - 24L1 resp with 5 8C1 resp 722 - Troy Tanker 1 resp with 2 719 - 22C2 resp 719 - 16A2 at scene starting to get into the garage per PD - want 2nd alarm? 22Eng 4 resp - 10 Tanker 1 (resp) all units hold traffic for report from Jaffrey do you you just want a Keene NH engine or a full 2nd alarm? 16Eng2 resp per 16C2 - heavy smoke showing - request full 2nd alarm - first engine into driveway and leave room for Ladder 0726 AM - 9 pager sets and 1 long tone - 2nd alarm in Jaffrey - assignments are - Troy engine - New Ipswich engine reroute to fire - Dublin LDH - some Tanker - Swanzey NH tanker - Marlboro NH tanker- New Ipswich cascade 727 - Temple tanker paged to fire (maybe to fill in for Peterboro tanker) 727 - 26Eng2 resp (SWNH website has FD numbers) 727 - 34Eng2 on air 728 - 27C1 resp 728 - 16Eng1 at scene (that might have been the first arriving engine - 14 minute response time) 729 - 889 on (some fire station) 730 - 8 Tanker 1 and 8 Hose 1 resp 720 - 34 Tanker 1 at scene 731 - (?14)Eng2 resp with 4 732 - some Tanker 1 at scene (Peterboro was working an EMS call just before the Jaffrey call came in - and Jaffrey might have been working an EMS call also) 733 - 24L1 at scene (19 minute response time) 734 - 20 Tanker 1 resp ...... 740 - Greenfield 10E1 sent to fire cold as hell on this fire Tac 4 was also mentioned - maybe that is 154.28 - maybe it was used for tanker ops -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
