For the Marathon - if the State TRS crashes - what is the backup plan? Carrier pigeons? Anything? Nothing? Less than nothing?
Is it possible to have radio techs at each TRS site with spare controllers or whatever? Could they have a temporary site installed at each site to do a hot switch over if needed?
