Matt I think that State Forestry and State Fire Marshall are both contacted by calling MEMA State Control via a toll free telephone number. The State Fire Marshall's usually seem to make contact with the local fire dispatcher via cellphone. State Forestry units seem to come up on local fire channels or county fire channels. State Forestry units also have 151 Mhz channels - and a couple of 800 TRS talkgroups. State Fire Marshalls might be on the 800 TRS also.
