I heard 155.16 being used by Worcester Life Flight today - actually they didnt say "Life Flight" - but it sure sounded like them - transport from St Lukes to Childrens landing at brigham Womens - Boston (med Flight) wants you to do the conference call patched into Childrens when you reach the bedside (words to that effect) - they must do a patch via cellphone / Verizon / ATT / Tmobile / whatever somehow
