NY Life Net SL - 6 - ? Med Flight OH - 8 - ? Columbus OH ? Mercey Air - 16 - Fontana CA ? Native Air - 23 - ??? - same as Air methods dispatch center ? (PHI Air Med - that one will be hard to figure out - they have "traditional" and "independant" locations - plus some "cooperative" locations - that might refer to who owns the helo or helipad, or provides the pilot and mechanic - or who provides the medical crew - or who does the billing - or who owns the logo - ???)
