Clinton is a small compact town - they have very short travel times

I dont know what their on duty staffing is - they might respond with
just 1 person per rig initially

I dont know how many off duty Clinton FF went direct to the scene -
hopefully it was a dozen or so because it was going to take 10 to 15
minutes for mutual aid to get to the scene

Total staffing on Clinton FD might be 30 people - maybe they got 30
people to the scene
