Marlboro FD did a portable radio test on 854.3875 R at 930 AM - they
also tested 8 RIT portables - I reckon that since they are the only FD
in the area with a 800 Mhz radio system, they hand out the RIT
portables to any mutual aid company that rolls into Marlboro and
functions as a RIT

39.76 - police traffic - "have several units in New Salem" - yup -
must be Petersham PD

MSP VHF 8 - 1 klunk heard on 44.74

46.50 - Boxboro FD tested at 830 AM - and tested with Hose Wagon 65

Joint FD at Otis AFB - E407 with 4, and Squad 415 with at least 2, and
the Captain in Car 402 responded to a fire alarm at a barracks on
Turpentine Rd

Lowell MA had a power failure - it set off a fire alarm at a nursing
home - 911 got a call from someone in the bld - apparently no
automatic alarm was received at 911
