Armstrong Ambulance seems to be operating in conventional mode on 463.40 R today - no more trunking. Frequent radio checks are being done. The dispatcher is loud and clear on a FX1 / control station on 468.40.
Several units were asked if the signal was better today than in previous days. One unit was specifically asked about reception in the Concord area. Units were heard being assigned to calls in Andover. One unit was heard being told to switch back to Channel 3. I think that was a chair car IIRC. This was all happening around 7 AM. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
