http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-brunswick/ambulance-new-brunswick-advanced-paramedics-1.3600900

after reading 2 other article, I came up with this info for New Brunswick -

the primary care paramedics can only give 5 or 6 drugs

the advanced care paramedics can give a "vast" number of drugs

----------------------------------

I think we have "critical care" medics in the USA - but I never knew
they had a real designation - and I dont know what extra drugs they
can give

???????

the only thing I can think of is RSI - rapid sequence intubation where
they paralyze someone

???????
