Apparently there is a USA Chief of EMS - but I have no idea who he or she is. And I dont know if they have a secretary or if they just run the whole country from a laptop. Yeah - probably a laptop. Something tells me that it is a 5 person office and they dont get very much accomplished. They could do a Germany deal. I am pretty sure that federal law in Germany says that any city over 100,000 population has to have a professional FD - and other areas have response time goals. ------------------------------- Riddle me this - which countries have a National Fire Chief?
