Is there some rule in the police public relations playbook that says that police agencies should only glorify police who have been killed by perps? Does the rule say that accidental deaths, poor health deaths, and suicides should never be mentioned? Is there a rule that says that bad shootings by cops should never be mentioned? Is the police public relations playbook online somewhere?
