I dealt with a cellphone company today. I started at their website and could not find the info that I wanted. Then I dialed their 800 phone number and entered voice mail hell. When they asked me how much money I wanted to add, I started to punch a bunch of random numbers. I think I did this 2 or 3 times. And magically - the system connected me to a live human being who sounded like she was in India perhaps. I think I got the problem resolved - but I am not really sure. I will probably find out in a month or two when I notice charges showing up that I didnt expect.
