SOPS 3 and 4 were in use - "C-P" was running the show (Command Post)
1906 PM - unit reports CPR being done on someone in the roadway Northbound - "someone started CPR already" - sounded like a State Trooper calling it in to the CP 1924 PM - ambulance heading out northbound now I dont know the outcome.
