466.20 - Action dispatcher heard talking about calls in Newburyport, Ipswich, Medford, and Wakefield, Also heard 1 mobile unit. Did not hear Winthrop nor Swampscott mentioned at all. This channel was called the "North Tower" by one of the dispatchers.
