If you call Mass Health at 800-841-2900 for help, and the machine tells you that the average wait time is 5 minutes, dont be surprised if you actually wait 15 minutes to get help. Been there - done that. More than once. In fact IIRC once I waited 1 hour. I think they were testing me. LOL.
general information I have also called Tufts HMO on occasions. They seem to answer quicker but seem vaguer with their answers.
