There are 22.4 million aliens in the US and 11.4 million are here legally. The estimate for convicted illegal immigrants that could be removed is 820,000. Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens are removed each year, but 23 countries refuse to take them back. So, while there are two million criminal aliens that could be removed, less than half are here illegally.
