Apt 1205 is 1 floor up from me - it is directly over Apt 1105 which is next to me When I moved in around 2000, there was an ex Marine looking guy in 1205 named DF. One day I saw a box of checks in the lobby with a womans name on them - the woman lived at 4 Winslow but not in Apt 1205 - but the box of checks were addressed to Apt 1205. I mentioned this to someone at the Arlington Housing Authority. The very next day, DF was dead. Lets confirm this - https://www.melissadata.com/lookups/deathcheck.asp - nope - does not check out - I have his DOB as 12/1/1935 and his date of death as 1/19/2007 - maybe someone can find him in some other database I was in Apt 1205 once. DF had pulled his emergency alarm. I went up there. The next door woman was there also. The toilet was fully of bloody crap. He went to the hospital that day. I would have to look up the day. Maybe 1 or 2 or 3 years before he died. He went out in the ambulance 1 or 2 times after that IIRC. That info could be pulled out of the 911 records. (of which I have some IIRC) Next tenant is Apt 1205 was CB. Black female approx 70. She lived there for maybe a couple of years. Apparently she was disabled / head injury / whatever. AHA did eviction against here. MassCourts.org had the record. That site failed today as soon as I started to use it. Next tenant in 1205 was some white guy. Frank something. Shook my hand and told me his name was Frank. Maybe 60. He was in very good health. Drove a big white new sedan. Housing had eviction records against him also at masscourts.org.
