CNN just tweeted A fire Friday night killed at least nine people and left an undetermined number of people missing in a building in Oakland, California, city Fire Chief Teresa Deloach Reed said Saturday morning.
"A majority of the fatalities were found up on the second floor," Reed told reporters. "It must have been a very fast-moving fire."
