both of these articles apparently neglect to mention that Taunton PD
has 2 dispatchers in the police station - and the FD also has 2
dispatchers in the fire station

and the fire side serves as the PSAP - so they probably forward 90% of
the 911 calls to the police dispatchers

kinda a ass backwards system if there ever was one
