action starts 2 minutes into this tape 248 AM - initial page 250 AM - first alarm paged 252 AM - C5 on - Erving Fire Base requests tankers - C1 on - Eng 2 responding 253 AM - request 2nd alarm 254 AM - Engine 2 at scene - 2nd alarm paged a baby died in this fire dispatcher apparently started the first alarm on her own initiative - this tape should have had both the police and fire channels but no local police were heard talking - and State Police are on 800 Mhz which this feed does not have they switched to the "Erving Tower" for fireground communications but that was not until 257 AM - comms were kinda tense and ragged before that - someone at the scene got talked over once or twice 2nd alarm was sounded because people were screaming in the house I dont remember if the initial pageout mentioned entrapment but the first alarm page did keywords - live scanner audio - openness - reality -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
