note - when Radio reference lists an "output" freq, that is the
transmit frequency of the repeater (FB2) - when the Radio reference
database shows an "input" freq, that is the freq that the repeater is
listening to (receiving on) - another way to say this might be - the
input freq and output freq are relative to the repeater (not to the
field units)

I am not sure what RR does in regards to MO3 - it can get tricky
regarding the terms input and output here - the FCC ULS shows the freq
that the MO3 transmits on
