I think I nearly gave Xfinity a stroke last night. Downloaded Avast,
and changed my password on my wifi server. Woke up in the morning, and
Avast told me that I had unencrypted Wifi. I went to the Xfinity
website but noticed that I did not have a https connection. Turned on
Avast VPN for free (no credit card required) 14 day trial. Connected
to Xfinity via https chat. After 30 minutes, Analyst Anille
disappeared into thin air, and the Xfinity customer satisfaction
survey timed out. But the WiFi started to work properly. Maybe. LOL.

note - AVAST VPN (virtual private network) costs $2.50 per month. I
wonder if it is worth it?
